Cancellation Policy
We understand that things can come up unexpectedly. In order to respect both your time and ours, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
Appointments rescheduled within 48 hours of your scheduled time will result in a 25% cancellation fee based on the total estimated cost of services.
No shows will be charged a 25% cancellation fee based on total estimated cost of services and lose deposit.
There is a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. After 15-minutes, we will do our best to accommodate you. The full service may not be completed as originally booked, and we may need to reschedule. In that case, the cancellation fee may also apply.
